Stop eating a while: Unless your stomach is dysfunctionally slow to empty, most will be entirely free of food or debris (you called it "junk eaten") within 6 hours of your last meal. You most certainly do not need to "cleanse" your "gastric system." please read the many healthtap answers regarding problems with using "cleansers.".
