TB: No. It is not likely, although not impossible that a fetus could be infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis. Medication to treat hypothyroidism (thyroxine) will not cause reactivation of latent tb. You should be just fine. Make sure you tell your obstetrician that you are quantiferon positive but have been previously treated.
