Depends: It is hard to say exactly what it s going on. Best way to find out is to call your doctor and have him evaluate you. Most of the cases the pinkish discoloration you describe it s harmless, but it is better to get checked and reassured.

2 know, b seen: Having light bleeding or discharge is not uncommon, but it's not possible to say it is not a problem. The best way to know source, cause, effects is for a physician to perform a gentle exam of the perineum (rectum through vulva), vagina, cervix as appropriate. That requires a call and trip to see an OB for evaluation, monitoring see it as an opportunity to learn more about health of mom and fetus.

Contact to your OB: This may be a sign of preterm labor. You need to contact to your ob. They need to determine if the blood is coming from your vagina or urine has blood in it. You may need to be monitored for contractions. Cervical length may need to be checked. Ffn testing may need to be ordered.
