There's a dime size lump underneath the skin on the left side if my girly parts. it's not painful but it's not comfortable either. help!

Vaginal issues: Without an examination there are a number of things that this could be. However a common cause of a lump in the genital region would be a swollen lymph node. This is essentially a place in the body where an infection is being fought of.
