Lymph node?: Sounds like an enlarged lymph node. Any issues of the skin of your scalp. Your lymph node may be reacting to a skin condition. See your doctor. Will likely place you on antibiotics. If it doesn't reduce in size in a couple weeks you might need a biopsy.
