Long termweight loss: The goal should always be for long term weight loss through lifestyle changes. 20 lbs in 2 weeks does not seem like a realistic weight loss goal. We usually recommend 1-2 lbs weight loss in a week. Unfortunately I am not sure if there are any safe ways to loose that amount of weight in such a short amount of time. I hope that helps.
