Report results: It jutst means doctor wants to discuss the report and explain to you in person what it means and what kind of follow up, treatment if any or referral you may need we can not say and guess what is in the report, but stay cool and hope for the best.

Not necessarily: Follow up visits are commonly arranged by doctors to share results with you and in order to make future plans such as additional testing as well as advice following completion of tests and availability of results. You should think positive, as it is likely to be a routine visit just for future panning.
