How do i find out why the back of my head pounds on a daily basis? it gets so bad i can barely move, and i have had migraines ruled out and 3 mri's.

Headaches: Sorry that you haven't found any answers. Glad that at least your mris haven't shown any abnormalities. Have you seen a neurologist yet? Sometimes headaches in the back of the head are brought on by tension in the shoulders or neck. Also pinched nerves in the upper neck can cause headache. Curious if you've had a lumbar puncture yet? Please see a neurologist.
