Probably not enough: Keeping well hydrated is essential for all your body functions. The generally recommended fluid intake for adults is approximately 2 liters/day.

Not bad: You are doing better than some. Your body needs water to do it;s job better. Try having water with meals instead of other drinks. That might help.

Not worth the worry: The oft quoted recommendations for fluid (water) intake seldom acknowledge the fluid content of other things you consume. Other drinks, vegetables,other moist foods. If you are thriving, don't worry about it.
