Won't help: Get with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. This is not an easy situation but they may be able to help.

Kelloids: Sorry to hear about your problem. Kelloids are one of the most ungracious problem to treat. As far as i know there's no good treatment for that, but you'd be better off consulting a plastic surgeon who may be uptodate on the available options.
