See your surgeon: You should not still be seeing blood in your stool 3.5 months after a sigmoid resection unless all of the reason for the bleeding was not removed or there is poor healing of the anastomosis(where the colon was sewn back together). You should discuss this ias well as the foul smelling gas issue with your surgeon as he knows the most about your case.
