Concerta: Concerta is a controlled substance and should not be taken unless it is appropriately prescribed by a pcp or psychiatrist. It can cause dependence and carries significant side effects that are potentially harmful or lethal if not taken responsibly and under professional recommendation and monitoring.

OK, so...: If you haven't been diagnosed with adhd, you should not take concerta. Unless a doctor has prescribed it for you, and in that case, they will tell you how much to take.
