Both big toes numb, sleepy after eating, urge to have bowel movement feels like i can't hold it in, hair strands coming out from the roots..might be?

Anxiety possible: Sounds like a panic attack, they have numbness of fingers, toes and lips, urge to go to bathroom, short of breath, increase heart rate, sweating, hair can stand on end. They usually last under 60min, come on quickly, peak in 10min and slowly fade.
