Yes.: Infertility is caused by multiple factors. You could easily be infertile because you're to our block or because your partner sperm is not functional. This would be in fertility despite your having regular periods

Yes: Your periods are only an aspect of your ability to get pregnant. Many health issues can affect fertility, as can your partner's own ability. If trying to get pregnant and you can't, see someone to explore possible causes for you and your partner. Good luck.

Fertility: Infertility can be caused by a number of specific and different problems in the anatomy and chemical processes that lead to pregnancy. Ovulation may be occurring and periods happening but if the fallopian tubes are blocked pregnancy cannot happen. There are many variables here. Periods represent regular ovulation.
