Sorry, no benefit: Cod liver oil or other fish oils may prevent some vascular dysfunction associated with aging, but once a stroke has occurred, no potential benefit is possible from omega 3 fatty acids. Maybe rehabilitation with speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy of best benefit.
