Not typical: Impossible to say from limited information - those could be symptoms of (right) heart failure - the very reason the medicines were increased. The symptoms are not typical side effects of those medicines. Is surgery being considered? I feel for you , brother.

Need cardiac help: The diuretics may have helped remove fluid and caused weight loss, but she needs to be seen by a pediatric heart specialist soom (by tomorrow). If that is not feasible, take her to the hospital.

See cardiologist: Should make appointment to see pediatric cardiologist for further evaluation. May still have congestive failure or reaction to medications or gastroesophageal reflux.
