See MD: Appears that you may have infection spreading into your kidneys and you need to seen now to be treated. Once the infection is treated you may need addition testing to determine why you get frequent infections. You may need to be refereed to to a Urologist for evaluation in obvious cause found

ER: It sounds like your kidney infection is worse and you need IV antibiotics. Your doctor should make a referral to a neurologist because of the frequency of your infections. Hope you feel better soon.
