Fainting: There are lot of possibilities. It may result for anemia, neurological diseases, cardiac causes including rapid blood pressure changes. Need to see your physician.

Many things: Many things. You have to see your md to sort out the possibilities. Could be something as simple as under hydration to something as severe as brain or heart problem.
