Home pregnancy test: Do a home pregnancy test to find out for sure. If negative but period still doesn't come in 1 week, do it again to recheck.

Not pregnant: You need a pregnancy test to rule this out. But brown is blood. The brown discharge may be your period. Cramping is not a sign of pregnancy but is a sign of period or bladder infection.
