No problem: Cracking of joints is a common finding and does not necessarily signify a problem. He can because by the rapid flow of synovial fluid from one side of the joint to another or from a tendon moving over a bony prominence. As long as it does not cause pain, it is not of a concern. There is nothing to prevent. Be proud of your cracking!
