Cracking joints: There aredifferent reasons why joints make the cracking sound. it has to do with the degeneration of the joints which is common in older people w/ arthritis. it may be due to an injury. they crack simply because of the build up of gas pressure from the exchange of nutrients from your bloodstream. cracking sound is not a problem. If you're having joint pain you should see your doctor.
