I have a habit of cracking a lot of joints in my body. my knee hurts until i crack it. is this bad? why does that happen?

It might be meniscal: Problem. So have the knee checked out by your orthopod. This might be a tear of the meniscus, or some lesion in the knee causing snagging on the ligaments. A MRI would certainly help to diagnose it. Generally cracking of joints is considered benign. This is painless but if starts to hurt then get it checked by an ortopod.
