Ask for help: Sometimes problems seem like they are impossible to solve or manage for many different reasons. You just feel that something is definitely wrong. In your question you have presented warning signs for mental health issues. It is considered real medical condition and you have the right to get help. Just ask your pcp for a referral to psychiatrist.
