Anxiety is Learned: It is a learned reaction or response to thoughts, memories, feelings. It is overcome with experience, redefining and relearning coping skills. Talk therapy is by far the more likely approach to help overcome anxiety. Gaining insight into how one responds and training one to respond in more healthy ways is often an incredibly freeing experience. Keep working on this. Don't give up.

More information plz: It doesn't sound "brain" related from your description but if you would give more information on what the flashbacks are like there may be some other information that we can use to analyze your situation.
