I expect it can: See your Dr or OBGYN to help balance your hormonal situation to regain better control of the PTSD and also work w/ your psychotherapist on the PTSD too. It would be great if those two can consult to optimize your outcome. Suggest it - everyone might benefit!

Could potentially: I would start with making sure you have a good sleep by using OTC sleep aids. I hope this simple measure can improve your symptoms. if sleep is not an issue, I would recommend making an appointment with your PCP to get your PMS symptoms treated before addressing your PTSD symptoms.
