Nocturnal enuresis: Sometimes when we are very stressed and tired for aby reason , or we have urinary tract infection, we might pee in bed . But because you have this pain and so far you had 2 accidents, i suggest you take it seriously and check your urine in the morning for infection (urinalysis and culture) and you might need a renal ultrasound.
