What does it mean when you pee brown and it burns in men? my friend recently passed a kidney stone 4 days ago and his pee is brown as well it started burning when he pees. hes not sure what this means.

The : The brown urine represents blood and commonly occurs when passing kidney stones. Burning in the urine, called dysuria, is also common as a stone passes into the bladder. He should have a kidney ultrasound and followup urine testing.

Dehydration?: "Brown" urine can be from an infection, some blood in the urine or very concentrated urine due to dehydration. A simple urinalysis can tell you the answer.
