UR Burning calories: You may want to work with a sports medicine doctor to help you along. If you cycle and run all the time you are burning your calories quicker then you can replace him. So even lifting weights may not be the fastest way to gain muscle mass, if you're also burning fat as quickly as you are. So you may need a better approach that may involve Amino Acid supplementation, and other supplements. Best to check in with a doctor on this first.

Advice: get Trainer: Gaining muscle mass is different than gaining core strength ; muscle stamina. Generally lifting much heavier weights with lower reps. Proper protein intake and likely less long endurance (aerobic) activities will help. My best advice is to sign up with a trainer at a reputable gym and discuss what your goals are. Then a specific program can be designed for you.
