Yes: The right lower quadrent is where appendicitis hurts. It evolves over a day or 2 and classically can hurts when walking or pounding on the bottom of the foot. It is not in the groin, ie. Above the pelvic bone. There are many other things it could be but you don't want to miss an appendicitis. Get it checked out. Good health.
