IBS: Is most common cause in yur age group. Can see a GI specialist for a colonoscopy to rule out other causes such as crohns and enterocolitis.

Have severe intestinal pain for 2 years now. Had mre of small bowel and colonoscopy w/biopsies, stool samples. All normal. Doc says ibs. Could this be crohns? I eat bland and still have pain.
Every morning, I have a normal bowel movement. Mildly soft to firm. Then right after maybe 10-30 minutes, I have an urge to go and it is soft stool that is shaped. Is this IBS? Doc thinks I might have it. (Had every test under the sun, all normal).
