It depends: Usually regular balanced diet with carbohydrate, fat and protein and minerals and vitamins are good for energy but there is no one best supplement preparation. It depends on your deficiency and personal needs.

Exercise: You are the habits you perform. If you routinely exercise you will have more energy. Eat healthy and exercise and you will have more energy.
