Callus: Thee are creams that you can try but they may not be effective. Best is to see a doctor and get proper treatment perhaps an orthotic to take pressure off the callus or perhaps special shoes etc...

You may have plantar: You may have plantar psoriasis. Doxycyline 100 2x day and Fluconazole 200 twice per week should help. Soaking feet in dilute bleach solution should further help. Powder feet with 5 percent zinc oxide formulation with salicylic acid, as is found in gold bond extra strength.
