It may: Certainly the body is amazing, and mostly everything is connected in one way or the other. If your spine is out of alignment, it can certainly affect different parts of the body adversely with referred pain, especially as nerves that innervate certain areas emanate form the spinal area in question.

The ribs may or may not be related with the spine ; the stomach air has no relation to spine.
