A member asked:

Heard diet soda is acidic...after every meal or drink, i drink water and swoosh it around in my mouth.. safe from erosion if i do that with diet soda?

Most: Most beverages are acidic, and that can contribute to tooth decay. Swishing with water can lessen the effects of acids. Of course you still have to remove the bacteria that thrive in an acidic environment by brushing 2 full minutes 2x/day and especially by flossing daily.
