Bastyr: http://www.bastyr.edu/ These folks are trying to get some scientific basis for the various "natural" and "holistic" remedies, figure out which ones actually do something and which are just charlatanism. I've dealt with them and they're genuine. If you're interested in this sort of thing and want to make a career of it, get with them.
