Why don't you have: Your adhd medication at school? If you have used it in the past and it helps see a doctor and start using it again. There are clinics on college campuses and they can help you get a prescription. Meet with a psychologist to learn techniques to help you focus with or without medication as well.

Several strategies: Try exercising before class or study times. Take frequent study breaks. use a recording device like livescribe a recording pen. Good luck
