Yes: If you call 'natural' the ones from animal thyroid, there exist several. Armour thyroid is one. The most commonly used form of thyroid is levothyroxine generic or brand which is manufactured but identical to the human T4 which our body produces. The problem is that sometimes an individual requires more t3 (liothyronine) than the amount that can come from t4. Armour thyroid has more t3 (liothyronine) relative to the T4 content.
