What would a tsh level of 7.75 indicate. should i start treatment at this level of tsh?

Hypothyroidism: If you are having symptoms of low thyroid with this TSH i would go ahead and start thyroid medication but it you are not having symptoms i would recheck your TSH in a few months to make sure it was an accurate level before deciding whether treatment is necessary.
