Excellent: Ovarian cystectomy only removes the "cyst" portion of the ovary. The remaining portion of the ovary still has viable follicles to make eggs for conception.

Probably good: The answer can depend on lots of other factors, but a conservative and succesful ovarian cystectomy by itself should be only a minor risk for infertility.
