Depends: A fixed dental bridge with porcelain should be pretty undetectable. A removable bridge often referred to as a partial is more noticeable. Get a dentist to show you examples of exactly what type of restoration is being proposed.

Usualy no: A well fabricated prosthesis will blend in with the rest of your teeth, lips, and face to give you a natural appearance. The proper preparation of your abutment teeth, as well as the skills of the dental lab techs determine the final outcome.

No: A good bridge can be fabricated such that esthetic concern can be assured. In fact, it is much easier to make the bridge look good than to make an implant look good (they can both be done, but the it is harder on the implant). Long term wise, the implant will look much better since there will be more bone resorption under the bridge. Finally, ovate pontic can be done to make the bridge better.

Dental Bridges: Each case is different. Are you referring to removable or fixed bridges? The aim is to make a bridge as functionally ; cosmetically equivalent to nature as possible. There are limitations as we are dealing with a human being ; many things outside of our control. Many bridges are undetectable to others. Some are not. Find the best general dentist or prosthodontist you can ; discuss this concern.

Dental bridge: A well designed dental bridge if usually not noticeable. Some factors that make matching the bridge to your teeth are if your teeth have lots of different types of fillings or crowns that don't match or subtle stains that are hard to match. For the most part you can get a dental bridge to match nicely where no one will notice.
