2 suggestions: Talk to your dentist about: 1) referral to orthodontist for evaluation for space closure, and 2) consideration of implant/crown instead of bridge. Your dentist will know what rx best resolves your individual problem.

Implant and crown : A fixed bridge involves the modification of two or more natural teeth. Ok if the teeth would be strengthened by that, but bad if the teeth are in good condition. A fixed bridge would be bonded or cemented in, but a removable would come in and out...not always comfortable. A dental implant and crown is most conservative. Permanent, leaves adjacent teeth untouched, easy to clean and restores use!

Implant dentistry: Dental bridges are quite effective for dealing with missing teeth, but there are plenty of options out there as well. The implant dentistry is the best. Not everyone is a candidate for dental implants, however, so it’s important that you visit your implant dentist for examination and x-rays. Good luck.
