None in particular: If you're looking for natural, vitamins aren't the answer for sinus infections unfortunately. Nasal saline irrigations (neilmed sinus rinse or neti pots) are all natural, over the counter, and have proven clinical efficacy in addressing allergic nasal disease and sinusitis. I would definitely go with saline over vitamins. Even probiotics would make more sense than vitamins. Best of luck.

D?: Although vitamin supplementation is not strictly necessary with a well balanced diet and while there is no proven benefit from a particular vitamin for acute sinusitis, there may be a correlation between low vitamin d levels and certain inflammatory conditions such as chronic sinusitis with polyps or asthma. That being said, there is no proof that taking vitamin d treats these conditions
