I was taking some vitamins and when i drank the water i coughed and one went up into my sinus. it started burning after 20.monues. i tried flushing it with ro water upside-down to get it out. i'm sure it might have dissolved ut painful?

Depends: If it was in a big pill form then it is unlikely that any of that went into the sinuses unless it was very small. The burning should resolve soon if it was just the water or the pill dissolved with flushing but if an actual pill went up and stays there then you will have to get it removed by an ENT specialist and flushed otherwise it will continue to burn and cause a lot of irritation.
