A member asked:

What is the amount of vitamins i should take a day?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Debateable: The medical field's position that we are not suffering from vitamin deficiency diseases and therefore vit's are not needed. One could argue that the storage, processing and preparing foods leaches vitamins out of our food and we may be inefficient without being deficient. Any general multivitamin with minerals and trace elements is reasonable-brand and expense are irrelevant.
