subsequent to sex and it still hurts. could i have fractured my pubic bone?

Unlikely: This is pretty unlikely. It takes a lot of force (most commonly, a car accident or a significant fall) to fracture a pubic bone, so unless you think there was that much force, i wouldn't worry about a fracture. More likely it's just inflammed.
