I have abnormal ecg - probable rvh w secondary repol abnormality. what does this mean?

ECG: The reading suggests that the right ventricle may be enlarged, if its enlarged it could be because of too much volume to pump or too high pressure to pump against. The ECG is less specific than other tests so its possible the rv is ok. More information is needed.
