Depend on the cancer: The prognosis will depend on the type of cancer that you have. The presence of metastases to the bone indicate that this is an advance stage of cancer ( stage iv)- in majority cases of cancers this is treatable but unfortunately is incurable. However, prognosis in testicular cancer is still good eventhough the cancer has spread to other organ. Discuss with your oncologist in detail re prognosis.
