No such thing!: Your body build is genetically controlled.you can gain muscle with a good rounded program. Start with 1 on 1's with an AT-C & get a program set up for your goals & abilities. If beginning don't try to go from 0-60, but start slowly find your ability & go from there, listen to your body it tells you when you're doing 2 much 2 fast. Always a day off between heavy lifting, do some cardio.
