See a Podiatrist: There are many complex foot issues that can be improved with conservative and surgical treatments. Most foot problems have multiple treatment options. I recommend he see a Podiatrist for further evaluation and to discuss his treatment options. There are many excellent Podiatrists in the DFW area.
