Most likely: It is most likely either allergic or dry eye. Start by getting some otc artificial tears and see if that helps. If not, might go see an eye doc.

See ophthalmologist: It may be allergies or another cause. Seeing a doctor who can identify the cause will lead to quicker improvement rather tha.N guessing.

One eye itchy, red and face/skin around the eye puffy. Symptoms went away after a few days. I took no meds. Symptoms came back 2 weeks later. Eye doc says no infection and optic nerve looks good. Ordered MRI. Should I be worried?
